Jacob McInnis, DDS - General Dentist - Louisiana Dentist
Dr. Jacob McInnis is a Baton Rouge native, who now resides in New Orleans, LA. His goal is to offer patients a sense of comfort and control in the dental chair. He focuses on painless dentistry with an emphasis on esthetics. Dr. McInnis strives to help patients feel at ease and to overcome possible dental phobias. Dr. McInnis completed pre-dental undergraduate studies at Samford University in Birmingham, AL. Dr. McInnis received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans.
During Dr. McInnis’ dental training, his perfectionistic nature helped him focus on esthetics. He was allowed the opportunity to complete several cases working hand in hand with board certified Prosthodontists while at LSU. In addition to requirements of dental school, Dr. McInnis completed Advanced Endodontics training (root canals), a Dental Implant externship and Research in Prosthodontics. Dr. McInnis presented research at several distinguished conferences nationwide including: “American College of Prosthodontics” annual meeting in San Diego, CA as well as the “American Equilibration Society” conference in Chicago, IL. Additional surgical experience includes spending numerous hours volunteering and rotating at LSU Interim Hospital Oral Surgery department, and Leonard J Chabert hospital in Houma, LA.

Missions: Dr. McInnis enjoys helping the underserved by participating in dental and non-dental mission trips to cities and villages in Peru including Lima, Iquitos and Pucalpa.
Hobbies and interests include inshore and offshore fishing, duck and deer hunting, LSU and Saints football, cooking and enjoying New Orleans cuisine. He has several pets; yellow lab “Doc”, dachshund “Bear” and 2 cats.
Credentials: Dr. McInnis is a member of good standing with NODA, LDA, ADA and AGD. Dr. McInnis is American Red Cross certified in Basic and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. Dr. McInnis is CITA board certified. Dr. McInnis recently completed advanced education courses in Oral Sedation and Implant Dentistry.

Mickey Adragna, DDS - Louisana Dentist
Dr. Michael Adragna is a New Orleans native and graduate of Archbishop Rummel High School. He earned his B.S. in Biological Sciences at Louisiana State University, where he was a member of the LSU pre-dental society and Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity. He then went on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans.
Dr. Adragna makes it his goal to ensure that his patients feel comfortable, which he accomplishes by listening to their concerns and keeping them well-informed each step of the way. He takes a particular interest in painless injections, pain management, and esthetic dentistry. He also completed an advanced education course in oral sedation.
In his free time, Dr. Adragna enjoys LSU and Saints football, hunting, fishing, and traveling abroad with his wife. So far, his favorite place outside of the U.S. is Barcelona, Spain. He is a Saints season ticket holder and can be found in section 618 screaming with his fellow Who Dats during every home game.
Dr. Adragna is a member of the American Red Cross and is certified in Basic and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. He is CITA board certified and a member of the New Orleans Dental Association, the Louisiana Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Francesca Velasco, DDS - Louisana Dentist - Kenner Office Only
Dr. Francesca Velasco graduated from Dental School at the University Santa Maria in Caracas, Venezuela in 2002. She completed a General Dentistry Residency at Louisiana State University (LSU) Health Science Center “Charity Hospital”, specializing in treating medical compromise patients; such as those suffering with Cancer and chronic diseases; also patients undergoing Chemotherapy, Radiation, Dialysis and Organ Transplants.
During her residency she acquired advance training with patients with motor and cognitive syndromes. She finished her program as the Chief Resident for the General Dentistry Department at Charity Hospital New Orleans, LSU Health Science Center.
Dr. Velasco played an instrumental role in the recovery of the havoc of Katrina. She played a pivotal part in the rebuilding of the city fulfilling her leadership role within Charity Hospital Dental Division.
Dr. Velasco moved to the City Of New Orleans in 2002, after obtaining her Doctor in Dental Surgery Degree, an immediately initiated her advance training in Orthodontics. Dr. Velasco worked providing general dentistry treatment and orthodontics for more than 10 years and is now only dedicated to her real passion: Orthodontics.
Dr. Velasco has an Orthodontic Fellowship from the International Association for Orthodontics, has completed an Orthodontic Mini Residency with the Mid Atlantic Orthodontic Group and the International Association for Orthodontics, and has attended numerous Orthodontic courses and seminars, nationally and internationally. She is also an Invisalign Certified Provider.
Hobbies and interests: Dr. Velasco enjoys traveling and learning foreign languages. She is a passionate animal rescuer and enjoys paddle boarding in the beach; after all that brings her close to her roots in the beaches of Venezuela. She is bilingual English – Spanish and is currently studying Italian. She loves attending to all local festivals and playing a tourist in the city; to not miss any New Orleanian attraction and new venue opening.

Adam Quartano, DDS - Louisana Dentist
Dr. Adam Quartano is dentist native to southeast Louisiana. Born in New Orleans, he spent the majority of his childhood in the Mandeville/Covington area. He went to the St. Paul's School in Covington, and then moved to Athens, Georgia where he attended the University of Georgia, majoring in Genetics. He moved back to new Orleans after college, where he received his Master's of Cell Biology from Tulane and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from LSU.
While in dental School, Dr. Quartano became particularly interested in cosmetic dentist and oral surgery. He also spent all four years serving with the Student Government Association at LSU, acting as both class president and Student Body President as well as serving as the student member of the Alumni Board. He is Currently a member of man dental organizations, including the ADA, LDA, and NODA. He also aims to be very active in the legislative aspect of dentistry.
Dr. Quartano comes from a family of dentist, with both his Grandfather George Quartano and his brother Ross Quartano practicing dentistry. He is a huge fan of the patient interaction dentistry offers him, and he strives to get to know each of his patients on a personal level. He desires all patients to feel at ease while they receive care, and he hopes to establish life long relationships with each and every patient.
Outside of dentistry, Dr Quartano enjoys staying active. He plays in local kickball leagues and enjoys Crossfit. He grew up skiing and wakeboarding and continues to do so. He is an avid Saints and Pelicans fan, and enjoys college football cheering on his Alma Mater. He is also a member of the 610 Stompers and can be found marching during Mardi Gras with the dance crew.

Marilyn Deville, DDS - Louisiana Dentist
Dr. Marilyn Deville, who is originally from the small town
of Ville Platte in south-central Louisiana, moved back to the New Orleans area
in 2007 after practicing in both the Lafayette and Lake Charles areas.
Dr. Deville received her Bachelors of Science 1996 in
Zoology from Louisiana State University where she graduated with magna cum laude distinction. Before her graduation, she was inducted into the
Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Dr. Deville was very active in student
government and leadership organizations during her undergraduate career. She served as president to the student
government association, was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa honor society, and
was one of only 25 students chosen to be part of Leadership LSU. In 2001, she received her Doctorate in Dental
Surgery from LSU School of Dentistry.
Dr. Deville is committed to giving her patients the most
pleasant dental experience. She has a
warm and relaxing personality that is comforting to her patients. Her fun and soothing disposition endear not
only children to her, but her adult patients as well. She has worked with children for many years
of her dental career and has several unique techniques that help to soothe the
nerves of her pediatric patients. She is
happy to be able to establish a positive attitude toward dentistry with
children that will last a lifetime.
Dr. Deville offers services in all aspects of general
dentistry from root canals to all-porcelain crowns. She particularly enjoys cosmetic dentistry as
she sees the positive difference that it makes in her patients’ lives. Since 2007, Dr Deville has been certified to administer
Botox and Juvederm. She is also trained to use Botox to help
with migraine headaches and bruxism (clenching, grinding). In 2011 she received further training and
certification by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics in Botox and Juvederm
Dr. Deville is a member of the American Dental Association,
the Louisiana Dental Association, and the New Orleans Dental Association.
Dr. Deville is the proud mother of two boys, ages 15 and 3,
which keep her very busy. In her spare
time she enjoys playing tennis, spending time outdoors with her boys, and
watching the LSU Tigers!

Emily LaCour, DDS - Louisiana Dentist
Dr. Emily LaCour was born and raised in New Orleans and is a graduate of St. Mary’s Dominican High School. She attended Louisiana State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science. While at LSU, Dr. LaCour was a member of the Pre-Dental Society. She continued her education at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry, graduating with her Doctorate of Dental Surgery.
Dr. LaCour’s first priority is patient comfort. She strives to make her patients feel at ease during treatment and takes the time to get to know each patient. Dr. LaCour ensures that her patients will receive the best care possible and will carefully consider their individual needs while making decisions about treatment.
Dr. LaCour is CITA board certified and is also certified in Basic Life Support for healthcare providers. She is a member of the New Orleans Dental Association, the Louisiana Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. She is a Saints fan and loves cheering on her team in the Superdome. In her spare time, she enjoys concerts, musicals at the Saenger Theater, and trying out new restaurants around the city. She also loves taking care of her Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Chloe.

Kim Do, DDS - Louisiana Dentist
Dr. Kim C. Do is a long time resident of New Orleans and graduate of both West Jefferson High School in Harvey and University of New Orleans. After obtaining her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from LSU School of Dentistry in 2007, she relocated to Durham, North Carolina to join her husband during his radiology residency. Dr. Do practiced general dentistry in the Research Triangle area for the next four years, until moving back to the Greater New Orleans area in 2011.
Dr. Do's is a busy mother of two young children and four dogs. She's the daughter of the owners of Hi-Do Bakery in Terrytown, LA. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and helping out at the bakery during King Cake season.
